Cancellation Policy and Terms

PLEASE NOTE: All events and times are subject to change. Check back regularly for the latest schedule and details about conference events.

After we have confirmed your Annual Conference registration, we have incurred non-refundable expenses on your behalf. We appreciate your understanding that if you must cancel you registration, we will refund fees not already committed.

A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted to registrants if cancellation is requested in writing on/before August 16, 2022.

Between August 16, 2022 and September 20, a 50% refund will provided.

After September 20, 2022 there will be no refund for cancellation.

ENSURE A SAFE IN-PERSON CONFERENCE:
Our Conference will be held at The Hyatt Regency Long Island and attendees will ride coach buses during tours of Long Island.

The IPPS ER willl follow the County and State Health Department and Center for Disease Control current recommendation that all individuals.

Stay at home if you or members of your household are feeling unwell. Six feet of social distancing is recommended. Avoid direct contact with others. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.

CONSENT TO USE OF PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGES:
As a participant in this event, you may. be photographed and/or filmed. IPPS Eastern Region has the right to use group images in photographs, videos, and electronic reproduction. In the event that we interview, film, and record your words, IPPS Eastern Region will seek your express permission.
