2022 POSTER SUBMISSION FORM

The IPPS Eastern Region Annual Conference will be held September 27-30, 2022 in Hauppague, New York and will include a poster session. The Poster Session showcases plant production research as well as practical or new propagation or production ideas. Consider preparing a poster on cool things you do in your company, some new production or propagation process or a new piece of equipment. We have a step-by-step guide to help you through the process which can be found HERE. 

This year, IPPS is excited to be offering prizes for poster submissions as well as the chance for authors to discuss their posters with attendees during a special session at the conference. 

DO I NEED TO ATTEND TO SHARE A POSTER?  We would love for you to attend the Annual Conference! However, you do not need to attend for your poster to be displayed. If you plan to attend and would like to present your poster, please indicate on the submission form.

HOW MANY POSTERS CAN BE PRESENTED? You may submit multiple posters. 

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE? Submissions are due by September 9, 2023. Acceptance of an application after September 9, is tentative.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

1. Register Online Below. (You may return to your account and alter your poster information until September 9.)

2. Upload the file of your poster. Please indicate whether you will bring or ship a copy of the poster to the conference or whether we should print one for you.
